We are International Talent Circulation Base Taiwan-Thailan(INTACT Base Thailand), a collaborative initiative between Taiwan and Thailand to promote global talent mobulity,
 academic exchange and career development.

We also serve as a regional channel supporting the INTENSE Program(International Industrial Talents Education Special Program), launched by Taiwan Ministry of Education.
